This is a pretty big update. It adds:

• Linux compatibility (hopefully) 
• New states for Russia
  
• The ability to load older versions of the game from the options menu
• A revamped war system
• A button to open the war panel which will show you the military strength of the countries you are at war with
• Camera controls
• 1936 scenario
• New formables
• Should be less lag due to merging of some sprites
• And more that I have forgotten
